I enjoyed this spacious apartment! Having a full kitchen to cook, an eat-in kitchen with all the necessary utensils, and a wine opener was a bonus. The living room-like area had comfortable seating, and the bathroom had a bathtub. The evening "manager's reception" was also a nice added bonus, providing sufficient food for the evening if you didn't feel like going out for dinner.

The staff was responsive, breakfast and evening snacks were great, and there was always coffee and tea available. The hotel facilities were spotless and the free breakfast was amazing. The shuttle service to UPenn Hospital and the Perlman Center was convenient and the driver, Wayne, was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was within walking distance to UPenn Hospital and anywhere in U-City.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable during a difficult time. They provided a wheelchair for us and fulfilled our special request for a high floor with a view of the city. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all areas of the city. The cleanliness and facilities of this hotel were outstanding. We also enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette in our room and the availability of a gym for a quick workout. the staff, location, cleanliness, and hotel facilities made our stay enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the facility was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The spacious room with a super comfy bed provided us with a great night's sleep. The staff at the front desk, particularly De'Shanna, were friendly and welcoming. We were impressed by their promptness in addressing any issues we had, such as the problem with the mattress. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood away from the University of Penn dorms was a plus, and we appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
